Marker Expression: Midbrain Dopaminergic Neurons (BX-0200) consist of cells derived from human iPSCs that have been induced to neuroepithelial cells, patterned to midbrain floorplate progenitors and differentiated to midbrain dopaminergic neurons. The resulting cell populations contain 25% TH+ cells (a marker for dopaminergic cells).

Morphology: Midbrain Dopaminergic Neurons (BX-0200) are adherent and exhibit clear neurite outgrowth within the first week in culture. Calcein staining (green) demonstrates the neurite length and number for Midbrain Dopaminergic Neurons in culture.
